                                 An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
  3719 Highway 4 in Jay, Florida, as the ``Joseph W. Westmoreland Post 
       Office Building''. <<NOTE: June 18, 2002 -  [H.R. 3960]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3719 
Highway 4 in Jay, Florida, shall be known and designated as the ``Joseph 
W. Westmoreland Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Joseph W. Westmoreland Post 
Office Building''.
